Just go for it, there in never a good time to start. The first day was hard for me and I'm on day 10 today. I feel so great and have such a positive feeling I'm going for 20 days. The funny thing is I know it will be easy, I have no craving for foods at all. Last night at poker night 16 guys ordered 8 pizzas and I had no problem with it. I've never had so much energy and felt this good in a long time! Good luck, it is so worth it, just do it!
