I thank you very much for your words of advice... I know you are right and i need to stick in there and quit thinking of the negative stuff, its just so hard, i want to do a 10 day fast and then do the Liver Flush after that and follow them with colonics... i want to be tottally devoted to this i guess i will just have to push myself even harder... i pray i can make it.... Anyone out there with success stories on Depression and pain with this mastercleanse??
