I am drinking lots of water, but I can´t seem to drink the quota of 6 glasses of the syrup and lemon juice, I can just about drink 5! Also I am peeing quite a bit as well as the bowel movement in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. Apart from the backache everything is going great and I go the gym every night without any problem. I haven´t seen any sand when I am urinating, and the colour of the pee is quite transparent!
Thanks for your help anyway,does anyone else have any ideas?
