No, he did not do a pre-cleanse diet. We did modify both of our diets before we started though - so perhaps it would be considered pre-cleanse.

He's trying to get 6 lemonades down per day. He's finding that difficult. Today I added slightly more maple syrup to his lemonades to help keep his energy levels up while at work.

His water consumption was a problem - he's going to try drinking more water today.

This could be a heavy detox.
