I am retaining water for some reason, when I drank my SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning, it did not come out. I have been drinking a lot of water all day along with my lemonade. I feel a little bloated due to the sodium. I plan on going home and taking a laxitive tea, I do not want problems now as tomorrow is my lat day. Any suggestions?
