It is your body doing what the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) intends it to do. DETOX. Next time please don't stop when you feel bad, it interupts the toxics getting out of your body. Very important to stop on a high day (day you feel great) and break for 1/2 the number of days you fasted. Good Luck to you. It's a lot to learn, but will benefit if done correctly .
