Those are all normal happenings for the first few days, especially on your first cleanse.

Your body is detoxing. headaches, sniffles, and such are all part of the cleansing. these will go away in a few days and you will begin to feel cleaner and stronger.

DON'T give up! I promise- you will not regret sticking to it!!
