look into colonics. your digestive system slows when you fast.
my friend had something similar to what you are describing. they were diagnosed with "mega-colon" meaning that it took a lot of crap to build up in order to move out. they had the worst breath i have ever smelled.

it ended up what fixed it was that it got so bad that they were having all these other issues like anxiety,dark circles,leaky gut,insomnia,paranoia,erectile disfunction. they got a million different reasons for this including the "you are crazy" ones.

it ended up that he had a systematic yeast overgrowth in his system.

so if you are still having problems after this cleanse
try colonics
still problems
try a candida cleanse - via herbs and specific diet followed by a bowel cleanse

good luck. i know its such an issue when trying to figure out these types of things.
