I'm on day 19 and "IT" has not happened either. Though for the most part I live fairly healthy so I would suspect there is very little of "IT" in my colon. I of course may be wrong... My understanding is that the loosening of plaque is a long-termish project which can't be dealt with in 10 days.

I occasionally have small pieces of gunk coming out but it's really just small and definitely darker than the yellow butt pee.

I swapped over to juices yesterday so now everything is different anyway.

I think the most important thing is how you feel!
