I agree with the previous posters, all that should be coming out is liquid after the first couple days. As I'm sure you've seen it's the infamous "butt pee" syndrome we all come to love while doing the MC. I would add though that you should check the recommended messages and FAQ's and past pages as there are posts about candida and the MC. If you think you could have it the Sugar could be aggravating the condition. Maybe you should switch to the black strap molassas instead as it has less sugar. If you can stand the taste;-O Good luck!
