You have no idea how much your answer helped! I appreciate your honesty. It's actually made me want to do the cleanse more! I guess I was nervous that all of you would say, "Nope you have to give up everything FOREVER." I am honest enough with myself to know that I'm not going to stop drinking with friends, etc. Not in an alcoholic way, but in a fun, social way. I only drink on the weekends, and maybe a glass of wine once in a while with dinner during the week. SOOOO, you basically told me exactly what I was wanting to hear. I can be healthy, start a new way of living, AND still have a social life. What a concept!!! Thanks so much. I'm off to buy maple syrup right now...
