Lemons are acidic just as oranges. SO Im not sure why the Master-Cleanse would be less acidic. Either way, they both have an alkalizing affect on the body. The reason I asked about the OJ is because the Barefoot Herbalist forum raves about it. But Im more concerned about the Sugar index. I was muscle tested that juice fasting was too much Sugar for me, where as Master-Cleanse was ok. I would have thought the maple syrup Sugar was just as high as the OJ or fruit juice sugar???
