Instead of a pure OJ fast have you considered doing a juice fast? Orange Juice is incredibly acidic while The Master Cleanse is alkaline - it's just something to consider.

I am doing a combination. I was on the Master-Cleanse for 17 days and have now changed over to juices. Not sure yet how that will sit with me, as I've never done a juice fast before but I am quite optimistic.
