Thanks a ton! I find this site to be my backbone while cleansing. I'm already gulping away at the water and feeling suprisingly better.

I do have a question about the SWF...

I have seen people post blurbs about gulping down water, then some heavy concentrated salt water mixture and then the rest of the water. Is this as effective? I just hate the taste of the stuff and it takes me forever to drink it all, which in turn makes it much less effective.
