Yes, I feel better and I look better. I am usually incredibly pale but I've been told that I have a rosy flush at times which is definitely great.

I sleep better at night - the nightmares I usually have are completely gone, I've lost 10 lbs and everything is going as planned.

No tricks, I do drink a lot more water than half my body weight - I think that is why my healing crisis usually go by fairly quickly and are not nearly as bad as others describe. I have eaten a fairly balanced diet (exception last two months)and I don't eat processed foods, no preservatives and no food colors .
