I have to be out of town tomorrow, and have to leave at 5:30 a.m. Since that is time smooth move starts working, and then the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) takes almost 2 1/2 hours. MY question is, if I do not do either tommorow, will I be harming myself in anyway?
