I am wanting to do a Master cleanse and i was told that i need diet first so i dont have bad side effects from it, I dont know what to eat? or how to eat it or what not to eat, and how long i need to diet befor i can do the Master Cleanse. please any advice on what to eat and for how long would be much appriciated. Thanks
