Don't juice the lemons with the rinds - it will taste very bitter!!

You could consider doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the evenings. Just make sure the lemonade has passed through you and then you could go ahead. Works fine - I tried it last night.

If I were in your shoes I would not risk getting up early to do the SWF, especially not if you have a busride of an hour to get through. Everyone is differenty - my SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) often takes 1 to 1 1/2 hours to start working.
