I too am starting AGAIN today. My plan was to start yesterday but I gave in at about 5pm. But I am ready to go all the way this time. I know everyone says that but I really am this time around. I felt horrible about not going through with it yesterday. If anyone wants to be my email fast buddy here's my email:

For what you said, I think you are doing everything right, but I don't think you have to do the salt water if you drink your smooth move tea in the morning and at night, unless you want to I guess. But for me, it's just too much. I'm going to stick to lax.in morning and before bed and at least 3 bottles of Master-Cleanse and 3 bottles of plain water per day. I might up it later, but I'm gonna start out simple.
