how many lemonades are you having a day and with how much syrup?

try a herbal (no caffine)peppermint tea. peppermint is good for headaches.

to speed some toxins out of you take 1 cup of the Sea Salt and put it in a hot bath.
soak for 30 minutes
scrub off
rinse

be careful getting out you may be dizzy.
