I have had a huge headache for the past almost 4 hours. I also feel so nauseated. I can't even think about drinking anything b/c I just know I will throw up. I'm going to bed now without my lax tea and am hoping I'll wake up all better.

At the same time, I'm afraid my body is trying to tell me that it's had enough and I should stop. But I also read I shouldn't end on a low.

Advice? help!
