i just dont feel as if i am ready to stop.. oye vaye... i have broken a fats before and pretty much started eating again. last jan when i did it i did it for 21 days and i broke perfectly, allowing weeks to come off. i just have to go and do this family trip... i know when i get back next tues though i will go back to being CLEAN
