Thanks for your responses! What a great support system you guys must be (glad I've found you)!

Somer - I'm going to follow your recommended diet and see how it goes and then do a few mini-fasts. I really appreciate the information. I think I'll set a goal to start my Master-Cleanse the first week of March or so, to give myself plenty of time to ease into it.
