It depends on what you eat.

I know there was someone on here a few months ago complaining of something like this and she broke the cleanse by *cheating* with Chinese Food.

And people who shouldn't be eating too soon are the ones that can't even handle a few glasses of juice. A lot of people don't bother with the soup and broth, especially people who are on raw diets.
