you will still detox and it will help with keeping any bleeding under control.
i found that it was easier to actually move out thing on the pulp. it took out chunks if old stuff.

when i went with strained the lemonade tasted better and i felt "clearer" in my guts but i didnt produce any chunks.

so in my personal opinion i think a couple days in the beggining with the pulp is a very good thing. and end with strained.
