I am shivering for you! But the book says you should use the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning for a reason. I guess if you went hours without drinking, you may get the same result and do fine, but I've never tried it. Personally, I use the tea just once a day. But that's because I'm blessed with very active internal plumbing.

I really liked the idea of the bucket, especially if I had someone to empty it for me!

Hope you find something that works for you. Getting up in the night (indoors or out) can really mess with your energy levels...
