My first 2 days on the Master-Cleanse seemed to be going just fine. Last night I even had a little back discomfort which made me feel like something good was happening. Today went ok until about 2 hours ago when I went to the gym. Did a light workout for about an hour, and came away famished!!! I feel like I could eat anything!! I had a glass of lemonade, but it didn't seem to help. I'm going to have another one in a few minutes, but this is by far the most difficult time I'v had in 3 days.

Things should get better tomorrow, right? NO cravings???
