... but i thought the idea of the distiller was to take the "crap" out of the water so we can get all that stuff out of our system.

crap! I was lead to believe that we needed distilled on the Master-Cleanse - so i ran out and bought a machine for it. (poof... more money gone)

I have one of those Britta filters... is that water good?

and what is it in the "regular" water that is beneficial to the MC?
