I decided to do the Master-Cleanse because I am chronically constipated and can’t seem to get any relief with any other remedies. I've tried colonics, prune juice, psyllium, etc., and I am still suffering.

Has the Master-Cleanse been of help to any other chronic sufferers? I'm on day 8 and will try for 21. I am contemplating adding p&b shakes to the cleanse to thoroughly clean my intestines. However, I’m a little apprehensive because I read that the shakes can also make you constipated.

Someone please give me some advice.
