So great that you reached your goal! Pat yourself on your back, and begin preparations for properly breaking your fast. Sounds like it will be good timing. You don't want to break when you're in a cleansing crisis; but if you're feeling great, it would be a good time to stop. Just go slow, and be strong about your goals for future eating (at least most of the time...)
