Thanks. I was in search of a pickmeup/reassurance tonight. That made me feel a bit better (mentally, if not physically). I am realizing, when I try to do this and fail because I get so sick, how truly toxic my body is. It's really frightening. I think your post might be what I needed to get through the evening.
