So, what do you eat during those 5 days? For the last couple days I have been eating soup and OJ with no problems. I also had a small piece of fudge on my frist day off the fast (I know that is bad, but I couldn;t resist it, someone rought them in at work). But still , even with that, I had no problems at all.
