Please do note, though, if you need to do a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) when you eat regular there's something in your diet which is not agreeing with you and you need to change that. For example I used to have really, really bad constipation eventhough I ate at least 10 servings of fruit and vegetables a day. It stopped when I found the culprit: wheat (everyone is different, you need to find what your culprit is). You should definitely NOT need to use SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and/or Lax Tea when on a regular food.
