I am also on Day 2 and this is my first time with the MC. I am actually having an easier time today then I did yesterday. Last night I was really hungry and I felt sick - like I was getting a cold/flu or something. And to top that off the thought of drinking any more lemonade made me want to vomit. Then, I talked to my sister (who started the cleanse with me) and she told me she was going to come off of it. At that point I had pretty much made up my mind to quit, too. That's why I was so suprised that when I woke up this morning I felt really good. I decided to keep going. I'm not as hungry as I was yesterday and I definitely have a lot more energy. Plus, I already feel like I can think more clearly. It's amazing!

I also noticed I was a bit more emotional today. Not in a bad way, though. It's as if I am simply more sensitive for some reason.
