Flu-like symtoms eh? well I began coughing on day one and chills and fever on day 2, yesterday (day 3) I felt like a mack truck had run over me a couple times. I was concerned and thought I might need to see a doctor due to the amount of junk in my lungs, I made the decision if I didn't feel 50% better by day 4(today) I would go off. today I feel better, found that many people fast when they are sick. It is supposed to help your body recover if it doesn't have to digest food. I would say stay on it, it won't hurt you, will probably even help. Although getting past the whole "sick" thing without comfort food is tough, but you can do it!
