Hi Somer--

I am curious about your post as 4 days ago I embarked upon what I hope is a 60-day fast. My longest fast to date has been 30 days. Before this fast, I did my first Liver Flush and was really surprised--no stones! I drank 3 gallons of apple juice prior to doing the flush, and then did the one which combines 2/3 c. olive oil with 1/3 c. lemon juice. I didn't know that there was a connection between the liver and eyesight--and I have HORRIBLE eyesight. I have been wearing glasses since the age of 7. I would be DELIGHTED to have my eyesight improve during this fast, but now wonder if perhaps I did the Liver Flush wrong . . . any thoughts?
