I started yesterday on the Master-Cleanse but totally CAVED! I went the entire day doing fine, and then I got home and ate (a healthy) dinner. I was not going to continue but changed my mind. So today is my official day one. I am feeling pretty crappy tho. I am on the tail end of being sick, so you can imagine. The congestion is moving around in my head and blocking my ears.

This is also my 3rd cleanse. I was most successful on my first one, but on the second one I was more active (Hiking and exercising and stuff) and actually elinated most of the caffeine in my life. I never want to go thru caffeine withdrawal ever again. Also, this time around I bought an electric juicer. So. Much. Easier.

I'd love to be Master-Cleanse partners with you guys as I sometimes have questions about what is happening with my body, how much to be drinking etc. I do not do the salt water flushes, unfortunately. The first and last time I did I thru up in my kitchen sink. Dumb.

Food I crave while doing this? FRENCH FRIES.ugh.

Though, and this was true for yesterday, I am not actually hungry. I just think I am. Its all in my head. Mint tea is my best friend.
