Hi, this is my first Master-Cleanse and you suggested doing the cleanse 'by the book.' Technically the book says to do the tea am and pm, and suggests the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) as alternative to the tea in the morning, right? Is this what you would suggest? I think I am just looking for an out with the SWF...
