All is still good. I'm exercising every day, and feeling normal. Nose has been stuffed up through this whole fast so far, but that's expected considering all of the hot chocolates that I had been drinking over the last months. I've got a minor headache now and I need very little sleep each night (though, being the holidays, I sleep more anyway).

It's great to feel my muscles getting stronger even though I'm on a fast.

24 days left...just 5 more 6 day periods and I'm done!
