I have a hard time believing that the senna could be worse for you than pumping your system full of chemical antiacids/laxatives. It just seems like that would add more toxins to your body when you are trying to get rid of it.

Why did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) not work? I drink my salt water and within an hour can hear my stomach gurgling. The first two days I've done it, it took about 2.5 hours. I'm hoping it speeds up over the next few days.
