I did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this week, and it failed. I also took a little senna tea and it failed (I didn;t want to take too much cuz I beleive it is dangerous and I don;t want to take chances). So, nothing worked and I took "Milk of magnesia". It is a saline laxative,and also an antacid and stomach ache reliever and you just take two tablespoons.It worked like a miracle! No stomach aches, diarhea, nothing.
