Thank you for that encouragement, when its we instead me me, it seems much easier.
Yesterday I did well in AM and early PM, than I talked to my family, I don't know why that made me want to eat, but it did. I don't want to stay in solitude.
I need to gain what I had again. Thanks for being here with me. Linda
