Whoo hoo! It's taken me a year and a half to gather the stamina to fast again after the last 29 dayer. I'm so happy!

All is good...no major issues aside from a little weakness and a headache today. Face seems to be clearer, and I've lost about 8 pounds, but that's expected.

How is everyone else doing?
