I really needed to hear those words of encouragement. After sleeping for most of the last 24 hours (so glad I didn't have to work today!) I feel so much better. Not fabulous...yet...but really pretty good. Every Master-Cleanse is so different! I never felt this bad this early on in a Master-Cleanse before. Sometimes I think my body senses what is coming, that is a nice break, and gets the worst toxins out quickly so that other things can be worked on. :)
