hi everyone---been a while since i have been here. always feels like home when i come back and read everyone's posts--so much support and sincerity here. a great bunch of people!! anyway, i am planning on cleaning out all the crap i put into my body over the last year. bring out the old and start over fresh. over the last year i have given up all forms of caffeine--soda, coffee, chocolate...i do not smoke or drink alcohol. but i do have one weakness that i struggle with---SUGAR! i am an addict. i have done several mc with success and had given Sugar up for a while but have always fallen off the wagon. it is time for me to really let it go for good. i am getting older and i must take better care of myself. i will be 40 this year and want it to be the start of a very healthy lifestyle. i am not sure how long i will go--the 10 days for sure but i am really hoping to go twice that length. i feel as theough only 10 days is the start of the cleanse--especially if someone is as rotten on the inside as i am. so please wish me luck everyone and remember me in your prayers as i will rememeber all of you. happy cleaning to us all. and everyone have a great, healthy, happy and safe new year!!!!!!!
