I did the Mc for 10 days a few weeks ago. It was the 7th in a year and a half. The liver cleanse, I juiced two sacks of apples and drank it all yesterday. I drank a cup of gr. fruit juice and a half cup of olive oil last night. The 1/2 lemon in a quart of warm water this morn. So far, no stones and only a little old waste from before the juice.
