I have not been incorporating the salt water flush since I have had normal BM. Also, I am not worried about the MRI (I hurt my should a long time ago, and I am actually relieved that I have a chiropractor that wants to get a better look at it since it has been very sore lately).

I appreciate all of the responses. I am just worried that taking a normal dose of my thyroid medication or birth control could be the culprit. I hate being on BC, but my boyfriend insists. I want to stop. I have only been on the BC for three months now, and the last time I had my blood pressure taken (when it was lower) was when I was taking my very first week of BC pills. It is a low dose of BC, but I guess they all carry the same risks.
