Does the Master-Cleanse cause loss of potassium? I know that the minimum intake of potassium is 2000 mg/day. Lemons only contain 49 mg of potassium, and salt and water make you lose great amounts of potassium. Would it be possible to take potassium pills to avoid heart problems that could happen????
