I have a local drug stpre that carries these. What I got yesterday for now was an elastic one that is holding it fairly tight. I will look into a better one soon.

The castor oil pack is what Edgar Cayce used. It is used for more than one thing.Maybe you can so search, too, for "castor oil packs". I will try to search today.
