its something i am noticing in myself. i wonder if its because my colon is cleaner to absorb stuff. things that have given me probs:

fake sugars - i know totally bad. i was dieting and then i just gave up the sugars at all

caffine - i get the shakes

nuts - make me itchy

wheat - bloats me like roadkill
